1.1 Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is directed by several factors that are outside of the control of Best SEO Firm. Each search engine is a third party system that has variables that are not known. The indexing decisions and the algorithms can change at any moment and our company does not have control over this. For this reason, a 100% guarantee cannot be made for getting your website to rank as number one for any of the major search engines for the keywords that you desire.
1.2 Best SEO Firm will only use legitimate, ethical, and honest standards and techniques in order to improve your search engine rankings. There are no tricks or invisible text or other unacceptable methods that will be used. We work with the search engines and not against them.
1.3 Best SEO Firm provides services using a reasonable amount of skill and care. We do not have direct control over search engines and cannot guarantee how fast their technologies operate.
1.4 The project brief sets out the description and quantity of services provided. 1.5 Listings will appear on major .com engines depending on website status and search-engine decisions.
2.1 Websites must be hosted on a reliable, constantly available server. Best SEO Service is not responsible for issues or additional costs caused by third parties or failure to maintain a current copy of your website. Backups can be made on request.
2.2 SEO can be severely affected by downtime. If downtime caused by server errors, maintenance, or other reasons outside our control lasts more than three days, we cannot fulfill the requirements in the project brief.
2.3 If a client website is unavailable, traffic delivered during that time will not be refunded or credited. The client may request a written hold until issues are resolved.
2.4 Third-party website downtime caused by technical difficulties or maintenance is outside Best SEO Services’ liability.
3.1 The client agrees to supply required FTP and CMS backend access unless otherwise negotiated.
4.1 Search algorithms and inclusion policies change continually. Ongoing analysis, alterations, and tuning are needed to maintain rankings.
4.2 Fresh, unique, regular content plays an important role in ranking stability. Failure to add content may lessen the impact of SEO services.
5.1 The client permits Best SEO Services to create and set up relevant search-engine accounts on the client’s behalf. 5.2 Different engines use different strategies, making simultaneous high rankings technically impossible. 5.3 Changes in one engine can affect others. 5.4 Crawling and indexing times range from hours to months and cannot be ethically accelerated.
6.1 If another provider performs SEO or associated work during the contract, Best SEO Services is not responsible for lost listings or resulting damage.
6.2 The client must inform Best SEO Services of changes that may affect services, including deletions, URL redirects, landing pages, content, or overwriting optimizations. Charges may apply to rectify resulting problems.
6.3 Unethical techniques or irrelevant pornographic, gambling, or pharmaceutical links may result in a seven-day cancellation request. If not removed, the contract may be cancelled and fees retained.
7.1 All backlink sales are final. Defective, deleted, or non-indexed links within 30 days will be replaced. Chargebacks and disputes may be pursued for collection. 7.2 Incorrectly placed cancellations need not be accepted. 7.3 Links carry a one-year guarantee excluding indexation and will be replaced with same or better placement if defective or removed. 7.4 Indexation is guaranteed only for the first 30 days. 7.5 Traffic on backlink websites is not guaranteed; links are sorted by DR and RD.
Best SEO Services may refuse media that is inappropriate, unlawful, contains malware, constitutes spam, harmful intent, obscenity, violence, racism, harassment, copyright or privacy infringement, criminal conduct, or is otherwise questionable at its discretion.
8.1 Monthly services require 30 days’ written or electronic cancellation notice. The period begins on the next billing date. Cancellation without notice incurs a 10% fee plus the amount due.
9.1 Services will correspond with their project-brief or verbal description when delivered. 9.2 Best SEO Services is not liable for failures beyond its control, including telecommunications, acts of God, software or hardware failure, third-party interference, emergencies, government action, terrorism, war, riots, industrial strikes, sickness, or holidays.
9.3–9.6 Best SEO Services is not liable for financial or consequential losses, ecommerce taxes or legal compliance, or failure to implement recommended updates. The client agrees to defend and indemnify Best SEO Services against related demands and losses.
9.7 Wikipedia guarantees cover only deletions within our control; editor or administrator decisions and other outside influences make the guarantee void.
10.1 Best SEO Services makes no promise or warranty regarding profitability, benefits, or consequences of software use. 10.2 We are relieved from delivery obligations when circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent performance. 10.3 We are not liable for incidental, personal-injury, profit, consequential, or other claims arising from software use. 10.4 Best SEO Services retains source-code rights; customers receive a single license to use the product as needed.
